Most learning management software suppliers charge a set annual fee plus a per-user fee to utilise their product. The cost per user varies depending on the corporate LMS software supplier. In general, the more users you have, the less per user your firm will spend.

Make a list of how many employees your company presently has, as well as an estimate of how big it will expand in the next few years. Ask the software vendors you're considering for an estimate of annual expenditures for their Learning Management System using these statistics.
