Norton's support team is incredibly responsive. Nevertheless, users may not appreciate the lack of phone-based support, which can be annoying for some users. The customer service is great, but it's hard to communicate with a live person by email and the company's website is hard to use and navigate.

Fortunately, the customer support is very responsive and knowledgeable. However, users may prefer talking to a real person if they need help.
