Great benefits. Hard work, but great pay if your a driver. Potential to grow depending on the hub, but a lot of politics. Great coworkers. Minimal and unstable hours, unless you make it to a full time contract, but no guarantees as everything works on seniority and every one is fighting for the same thing. A conflict of interest between union and non-union employees (Drivers/ loaders vs. management) causes drama in the company.
